I believe in the heart.
I believe every answer we seek is already carried within us, waiting to be found.
As my turning point began to unfold, 18 years ago, I was running a successful business, and growing it steadily. My persona lived a busy life, married, surrounded by many people, and entirely absorbed in 'important things'. While inner dissatisfaction with crucial aspects of that reality grew, particularly in relationships, I pressed on too. I was caught up in the 'needs' of that season of life. I carried on, pretending not to see. Silencing everything up to the moment when a feeling of inner loneliness was nearly unbearable. Life itself started to feel meaningless.
Changing direction was inevitable. Back then, many core beliefs and ideas about myself stayed hidden, unseen and unknown, running the show behind the scenes. Sensing strongly that there was much more beneath the surface, I couldn't continue as I had been. I had an inescapable urge to find answers …
Along the way, if we decide to change our ways and search for answers — staying open and honest with ourselves — life tends to offer us a chance to find them, and to learn how to uncover them.
That chance came my way too.
Everything I've come to learn so far, and kept applying daily ever since, has brought me to a place where I can say with profound joy — the relationships I've chosen are working out the way I dreamed they would. Though, of course, they can still develop, strengthen, and expand. And besides this new quality, there is genuine warmth and support, and a great deal of heartfelt laughter, especially at one's own folly.
If anything in my sharing resonates with you, even if it's still silenced and muffled by various 'important things,' it's already speaking to something in you.
Whatever season of life you're in, whatever you do, if it feels like so much is slowly but surely losing its meaning, I invite you to honestly rediscover and know yourself.
And while it's undeniably true that each of us is unique, to love and be loved within relationships is a fundamental and deeply-seated human need.
Words alone don't convince; experience does. What you learn, you keep, for ever. What you keep, you can use. On your own, you can tap into your skills whenever you need them.
The HealThy Relationships service stems from, and is grounded in, practical experience. It presents approaches and insights that are not only timeless, but also effective for anyone who uses them daily.
When a person becomes aware of the limiting beliefs and ideas they've held about themselves, and has the skills to explore further and unlock more of their potential, it brings me true and lasting joy, in service of nourishing relationships.
A brief account of the lessons learned and professional journey behind my service. I trained as a nurse, then worked for some years in the ICU, in the operating theatre and at the National Rehabilitation Centre for people with physical disabilities. I then spent some time living abroad, until I started my own business, which operates its services internationally. Also in connection with a family situation, I took the 'Complete Training in Crisis Intervention' course and am certified in it.
Years of diverse experiences have been a gift, in particular a deep awakening to the profound truth that the emotional and the physical are inextricably interconnected, and practical application of that truth.
